Do Business Accounts Require Minimum Orders?
Yes, to qualify as a business account all orders must be at least $200.00
Can I have Your W-9 Form?
Yes, Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
How Do I order Pallet or Truckloads?
Please give us a call at 914.592.1225 to discuss your large volume order.
When Does A Business Order Ship?
All orders will ship within one to three business days. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. The shipping email includes your tracking number and the ability to follow your in-transit order via our portal.
How Do I See Business Account Price Discounts?
To see Business Account prices you must first create an account. Once your account is created you will need to submit the two forms below to info@CharlesSnackFoods.com.
Shipping And Delivery
For orders placed in the New York City Metro area, we deliver using our own fleet of delivery vehicles. For customers that are outside of our trucking area orders will be shipped via UPS or common carrier depending on the size of the order. Shipping Policy
Your estimated shipping costs will apear at checkout. Shiping costs are based on weight.
My Business/Organization Is Tax Exempt, What Should I do?
Please complete this Resale Certificate and email it to us at info@CharlesSnackFoods.com. You must submit the document prior to placing an order. If you have placed an order in the past, the tax exemption will not apply retroactively to your previous orders.
Can I use My Business Account To Buy Products You Have On Deal?
Business accounts are excluded from promotional offers on the website unless the promotion is also listed on the Business product pages.
